Custom Cookie Orders

Pricing & Minimum Orders

Custom decorated cookies start at $5 per cookie, with a minimum order of 24 cookies (two dozen), starting at $120.

Final pricing depends on design complexity, personalization, edible printing, packaging, and other requested details. A personalized quote will be provided before booking.

Quotes are subject to current pricing and availability. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date.

Retainers & Payments

A 50% nonrefundable and nontransferable retainer is required to reserve your order date.

Your order is confirmed once your order details have been approved by Blessed Sweet Treats and your retainer has been received.

The remaining balance is due on your scheduled pickup day, before your order is released. Orders cannot be released with an outstanding balance.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once paid, the 50% retainer is nonrefundable and nontransferable because your date has been reserved and preparation may be underway.

If you cancel before paying the remaining balance, you will forfeit the retainer but will not owe the unpaid balance.

If you have already paid more than the retainer and cancel before pickup, any amount paid above the retainer will be refunded.

If Blessed Sweet Treats is unable to fulfill your confirmed order, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled order or may choose an agreed alternative.

Changes & Rescheduling

Please review your order details carefully before paying your retainer.

Requests to change designs, quantities, personalization, or other order details must be submitted at least 14 days before your scheduled pickup date.

All changes are subject to approval and availability. Changes are not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

Requests received fewer than 14 days before pickup may be declined, especially if preparation or production has begun.

Rescheduling requires our approval and is subject to availability. Retainers cannot be transferred to another date or order unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Rush Orders

We recommend submitting custom cookie inquiries at least two weeks before your requested pickup date.

Accepted orders requested within 14 days of pickup are subject to a 20% rush fee, calculated on the custom order subtotal before delivery charges and applicable taxes.

Requests with fewer than 7 days' notice are considered individually and may require additional rush pricing, which will be disclosed before booking.

All rush orders are subject to availability. Full payment may be required at booking.

Pickup, Delivery & Cookie Care

Scheduled Pickup

Pickup details will be provided before your scheduled date. Please plan to collect your order at the agreed-upon time.

If you're running late or unable to make your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to arrange an alternative pickup time, subject to availability.

Missed pickups do not qualify for an automatic refund. Orders left unclaimed may eventually become unavailable due to freshness, storage limitations, or food safety.

Delivery

Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location, order size, and scheduling. Applicable fees will be confirmed before booking.

Caring for Your Cookies

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for proper handling, transportation, and storage transfers to the customer.

Please store cookies in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, unless different storage instructions are provided.

Blessed Sweet Treats is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage after transfer.

Designs & Creative Details

Inspiration & Artistic Interpretation

We love seeing your inspiration photos! They help us understand your preferred colors, style, and overall vision.

Because every order is handmade, inspiration photos serve as references rather than exact replicas. We use our creative judgment to bring your approved concept to life.

Color Variations

Slight color differences may occur due to icing ingredients, edible printing, lighting, and digital screens. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Characters, Logos & Artwork

Some characters, logos, trademarks, and artwork require permission from their rights holders.

Customers requesting protected designs must have the appropriate authorization. We may decline designs we cannot appropriately reproduce.

We're happy to explore original designs, coordinated colors, and alternative themes when needed.

Cookie Decorating Classes

Registration & Tickets

We can't wait to decorate with you! Your seat is reserved once your ticket purchase is completed and registration is confirmed.

Each ticket is valid for the specific class date and experience purchased. Event listings will include location, schedule, supplies, and participation details.

Cancellations & Ticket Transfers

Because seating is limited and supplies are prepared in advance, class tickets are nonrefundable when an attendee cancels.

If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge.

Please notify us before the class begins and provide the replacement attendee's name. Replacement attendees must meet the age and participation requirements listed for the event.

Tickets are not automatically transferable to another class date. Any date change requires our advance approval.

Illness, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you're feeling unwell, please contact us before class begins. We may offer a transfer to a future class when circumstances and available seating allow, but this is not guaranteed.

If you're running late, you're still welcome to join us! Please understand that we may not be able to repeat missed instruction.

No-shows and attendees who do not contact us before class begins are not eligible for refunds or automatic transfers.

Children & Supervision

Minimum ages and adult participation requirements vary by class. Please review the individual event listing before purchasing tickets.

Some classes may require a parent or guardian to participate alongside a younger attendee.

Cookie decorating classes are instructional experiences, not childcare services. Applicable supervision requirements must be followed.

Class Cancellations

Occasionally, a class may need to be canceled due to low enrollment, venue issues, instructor illness, severe weather, or other circumstances.

If Blessed Sweet Treats cancels a class, attendees may choose either a full refund of the ticket amount paid or a transfer to a future class.

We will communicate any cancellation and available options as soon as reasonably possible.

Weather & Postponements

Safety is important to us. If severe weather or other circumstances require changes to an event, we will contact registered attendees promptly.

If we cannot hold a class as originally scheduled, attendees may choose a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled or another future class.

Take-Home Decorating Kits

When available, take-home kits are prepared for the specific event or order.

Kit contents, pickup arrangements, and storage guidance will be provided at purchase or pickup.

Private Events & Corporate Experiences

Private decorating parties, corporate workshops, and large branded cookie orders may require customized proposals or event-specific agreements.

Payment schedules, minimum guest counts, travel or venue fees, cancellation deadlines, and rescheduling arrangements will be provided in writing before booking when applicable.

Where a separate written event agreement applies, its specific terms take precedence over conflicting general terms on this page.

Food Safety & Allergens

Home Kitchen Disclosure

Our qualifying home-produced baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to the same inspection requirements as a commercial food establishment.

Products are labeled as required by applicable South Carolina home-based food production laws.

Allergen Information

Our kitchen handles common food allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Other allergens may be present depending on ingredients.

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate the possibility of cross-contact.

Please contact us before ordering or registering for a class if you have ingredient or allergen questions.

Photography & Communication

Sharing Our Work

We love showcasing the treats and experiences we create! Finished product photographs may be shared on our website, portfolio, or social media.

If you'd prefer your finished order not to be shared publicly, please let us know before production begins.

We will request appropriate permission before using identifiable attendee photographs for promotional purposes.

Communication

Clear communication helps us make your experience as sweet as possible.

Please respond promptly to requests for important order details. If we cannot confirm information needed for production, we may need to pause preparation until those details are resolved.

We do our best to respond within 48 hours, although response times may vary during busy periods.

Unexpected Circumstances

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling an order or hosting an event, we will contact affected customers promptly to discuss available alternatives or appropriate refunds.
